• Every Antarès helmet comes with a complete pad set containing:
• – 1 "headband" pad set, sized to the chosen helmet, for adjusting the fit around the head.
• – A removable rear insert makes room for a ponytail or lets you tuck your hair up inside the helmet.
• – 1 "front top" pad set, 4 to 8 mm thick, for adjusting the helmet’s depth at the front

The S shell fits foam sizes 53 to 56
The M shell fits foam sizes 56 to 59
