4.2.3. Legal bases for processing

Collected data is accessible only to members of the Publisher's management team, to staff responsible for preparing your order, and to staff in charge of managing the Site. It is never made freely viewable by any third party.

At the end of each of these retention periods, the Publisher will archive this data and retain it for as long as its liability may be called into question. 

Once this retention period has elapsed, the Publisher commits to permanently deleting the data of the individuals concerned.

ARTICLE 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

6.1. Legal protection of Site content
