Article 2 - Access to the Site

Access to and use of this site is reserved for strictly personal use. You agree not to use this site or the information and data contained therein for commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of commercial solicitation, including the sending of unsolicited emails.

All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or static images, video sequences, sounds, and all software applications that may be used to operate this site — and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the site — are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They are the sole and exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements — including software applications — without the prior written consent of the publisher, is strictly prohibited. Personal information collected on the site is primarily used by the publisher to manage its relationship with you and, where applicable, to process your orders.

• First and last name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Financial data: in connection with the payment for products and services offered on the Platform, the Platform records financial data relating to the user's credit card.

Any request must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid signed proof of identity and must include the address to which the publisher may respond.
