• Each Antarès helmet comes with a complete pad set including:
- 1 "head circumference" set to position and adjust the helmet to your head size, with thickness corresponding to the chosen helmet size.
- A rear panel is removable to make room for a ponytail or to tuck hair inside the helmet.
- 1 "front top" set, from 4 to 8 mm, to adjust the depth of the helmet at the front

The S shell fits foam sizes 53 to 56
The M shell fits foam sizes 56 to 59
