• Each Antarès helmet comes with a complete pad set including:
- 1 "head circumference" pad set to be positioned to adjust the helmet to the head size, with thickness corresponding to the chosen helmet size.
- A rear panel is removable to accommodate a ponytail or to tuck hair inside the helmet.
- 1 "front top" pad set, from 4 to 8 mm, to adjust the depth of the helmet at the front

The pads are washable in lukewarm water.

Shell S fits foam sizes 53 to 56
Shell M fits foam sizes 56 to 59
