Machine washable at 30°

Fill the Natural'Kub reasonably, so the velcro closure can close without force,
Before closing, check that no hay strands or debris are interfering with the velcro adhesion (if needed, clean the velcro with a suitable brush using side-to-side strokes to avoid damaging the stitching),
Once the hay is finished, store the Natural'Kub to prevent it from being trampled or unnecessarily damaged.

Despite the care taken in its manufacture and the quality of the materials used, the Natural'Kub remains a VULNERABLE product.

Not covered by the warranty:

- Tears to the fabric or velcro caused by biting, kicks, or any other behaviour from the horse,
- Damage caused by overfilling that places excessive strain on the seams,
- Normal wear from repeated friction or intensive use.

All claims must be submitted within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of purchase. After this period, no claims can be considered.
