• Fill the Natural'Kub reasonably, so the velcro closure can close without forcing,
• Before closing, check that no hay strands or debris are interfering with the velcro adhesion (clean the velcro with a suitable brush if needed, brushing sideways to avoid damaging the stitching),
• Once the hay is finished, store the Natural'Kub to prevent it from being trampled or unnecessarily damaged.

Despite the care taken in crafting our products and the quality of the materials used, the Natural'Kub remains a VULNERABLE product.

The following are not covered:

- Tears in the fabric or velcro caused by biting, kicks, or any other behaviour from the horse,
- Damage resulting from overfilling that places excessive strain on the seams,
- Normal wear due to repeated friction or intensive use.

Any warranty claim must be submitted within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of purchase. After this period, no claims can be considered.
