Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag
Make sure the drum is large enough to accommodate the pad safely
Ensure all Velcro fastenings are securely closed before washing
Air dry away from any heat source (do not tumble dry)
Shape while still damp to help it retain its form as it dries
