LeMieux Synthetic Wool Care

Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat using a stiff brush.
Machine wash at 30° on a cold/wool cycle or hand wash.
Use a wool-specific detergent.
Make sure all hooks and buckles are securely fastened before washing.
Reshape and smooth the fabric after washing. Air dry.
Never tumble dry.
Avoid using heavily concentrated fabric softeners.

Warning: In rare cases, the dye in black wool items may bleed and leave a slight blue tint. Grey horses' coats may be stained.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Leaving your leather dirty, damp or drying it too quickly can cause stiffening and cracking.

After everyday use, wipe it down gently with lukewarm water and saddle soap. Air dry.

For a deeper clean, disassemble the leather pieces. Clean thoroughly with lukewarm water and a premium saddle soap. Air dry. Treat with a quality leather balm or oil, then buff the leather and metal parts with a soft cloth.

Always store your saddle in a cool, clean and dry place.
