• Selenium: Selenium plays a key antioxidant role in athletic horses, working closely with Vitamin E. A selenium deficiency can lead to increased fatigue during exercise, impaired recovery and muscle soreness
• Lysine: Lysine is an essential amino acid — meaning the body cannot produce it and must obtain it through food. It contributes to muscle development and repair of micro-tears after exercise, bone growth, collagen and antibody formation, as well as carbohydrate metabolism
• Recommended daily dose for an adult horse (550kg): Athletic horse or muscle issues: 15 g (10ml*) per day for at least 3 weeks; Leisure horse: 7.5 g (5ml*) per day for at least 3 weeks
