Apply the poultice to the targeted area.
Leave on and allow to dry in the open air.
Rinse off with water to remove the clay.
If you wish to cover the poultice, use a breathable material such as cotton.

For light to moderate work sessions, we suggest using the muscle relaxing lotion instead.
