• Pour a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand
• Apply evenly to the desired area, following the direction of the hair
• Massage gently until fully absorbed
• For occasional or targeted use: 1 to 3 applications per day, as needed
• For maintenance or muscle comfort: 1 application every 2 to 3 days
