Start with 4 hours of use per day for the first 2–3 days, allowing the body to adjust to the effects of the fabric.

We recommend wearing it for at least 8 hours a day, and longer whenever possible.

For best results, use intensively for a period of 10 to 20 days.

Once you have noticed the product's effect, you can reduce wearing time — as little as 30 minutes may be sufficient.

Not for use on pregnant mares.

Machine wash at 40°, on a synthetic cycle.
