Start with 4 hours per day for the first 2–3 days, allowing the body to adjust to the effects of the fabric.

It is recommended to use the product for at least 8 hours per day, or longer whenever possible.

For best results, use intensively for a minimum of 10 to 20 consecutive days.

Once you notice the product's effect, you can reduce wearing time — as little as 30 minutes may be enough.
