Balm: After treating thrush:
- Every 2 days for 1 week.
- Then every 3 days for 2 weeks.
- Then every 4 days for 3 weeks.
And so on.

For prevention:
- Once a week (at least during the 6 autumn-winter months)
- Apply the balm regularly.

Oil: Apply morning and evening for 3–4 days, until the odour disappears.
