Fitted with elastics and rubber rings, this training aid can be used in a lateral or central configuration. The Pirelli attaches on one end to the surcingle and on the other to the bit.
It allows the horse to stretch into the Pirelli, as it would under saddle. In the central position, it encourages neck extension and back stretching.

TdeT - Black Pirelli Training Aid
- Easy to use for lungeing work
- Limits head elevation. This training aid consists of two elastic sections ending in rings, extended by leather straps to the surcingle or girth
- The end clips to the snaffle ring or the lateral D-ring of the cavesson.
- As with all training aids, it is important not to set it too short, particularly at the start of a session. The aim is not to restrict the horse — which would cause resistance — but to create a framework within which the horse can find its own balance freely.
-
It can be used ridden or on the lunge, and attaches to the girth or surcingle on each side of the horse.
