Apply like a boot before or after exercise.

For warm therapy: heat the Stassek Equitherm Isothermal Boot in a microwave for 1 minute at 600 W. Then knead the gel inside the boot to distribute the heat evenly. Reheat if needed.

For cold therapy: place the Stassek Equitherm Isothermal Boot in the refrigerator for a few hours

Do not place in boiling water or in the freezer. Extreme heat or cold may damage the plastic materials.

Do not use the boot if it is punctured.

Not suitable for use in the field or during ridden work.

Easy care — simply wipe with a damp sponge or rinse with water
