- Vienna Bit (Pessoa) 16 mm – Stainless steel. Innovative mouthpiece joints rotated 45° forward, meaning the contact surface of the bit shanks is the same length on both sides, ensuring an even action on the tongue.
- The Pessoa bit encourages a higher head carriage in horses that tend to lean on the forehand. The bit's action can be adjusted by positioning the reins on different rings — the lowest ring gives the strongest action.
- It is also possible to use coupling reins and attach them to two of the three rings.
More experienced riders can also use four reins, allowing greater flexibility in adjusting the bit's action.
