Flow guide: For the first days of your period, we recommend a heavy flow model; for mid-cycle and lighter days, opt for a medium or light flow model.

SMOON seamless period underwear is incredibly easy to care for!
Rinse them in cold water after each use.
For washing, we recommend machine washing at a maximum of 30°.
Leave them to air dry.
