• Add 1 litre of very hot water to 750 g of mash
• Cover and let rest for about 10 minutes
• Allow to cool slightly before serving
• The mash can also be prepared with cold water
• In this case, allow to rehydrate for about 45 minutes before serving
• Recommendations are given for a 500 kg horse
