For competitions: administer on feed or directly into the mouth — 1 dose the evening before and 1 dose 3 hours before the event.
Adult horses: 30 to 60 ml per day.
Ponies: 15 to 20 ml per day.
Continuous use: 1 dose per day (30 ml for horses and 15 ml for ponies).

Depending on the horse's level of anxiety and how it responds to the product, the dose and timing of administration may need to be adjusted from the average recommended dosage.
Based on the desired and observed effect, Easy Calm can be given several days before the start of the event. Easy Calm can also be administered multiple times in the same day — during an endurance race, for example — with no risk of overdose, dependency, or sedation, as it contains no L-Tryptophan.
