External use:
The area to be treated should be thoroughly rinsed and dried beforehand.
1 - Prepare the poultice by mixing the clay powder with water to achieve the desired consistency. It is best to mix with a wooden spoon in a plastic or glass bowl rather than a metal container, as oxidation can alter the clay's properties.
2 - Apply the poultice against the direction of the hair, ensuring good contact with the skin, without rubbing. Do not hesitate to cover well beyond the area to be treated and apply a thick layer (at least 1 cm). Then smooth the hair back in its natural direction.
3 - Leave the poultice exposed to air if a drying effect is desired (e.g. to dry out a wound). Otherwise, and for a prolonged effect, cover the poultice with a protective bandage — typically newspaper or paper towel and a strip of fabric — then wrap everything with a stable bandage. Avoid placing the poultice under plastic wrap such as cling film.



Internal use:

15 g of clay in ¼ litre of water. Shake, leave to rest for 30 minutes and give the clay water (without the clay paste) in the feed or drinking water. Maximum administration period: 3 weeks.

Raw material for animal feed. Store powdered clay in a cool, dry place away from light. Make sure to close the jar tightly after each use. Only prepare the amount of clay needed.
