Apply PEDIGARD Black Ointment to the outer hoof wall as part of your daily hoof care routine. You may also apply it to the sole and frog, provided they are perfectly dry and healthy. Close tightly after use.

Treating the top (outer hoof wall) and underside (sole and frog) of the hoof separately is entirely possible and even highly recommended in certain situations. If there is any sign of alteration — even minor — or excess moisture on the sole and frog, opt for PEDIFLEX fluid oil instead, to strengthen the horn while allowing moisture to escape. For severely damaged frogs, apply PEDICADE to the frogs and bulbs of the heel.
