• Remove hair, dirt, and dried sweat with a stiff brush.
• Machine wash at 30°C on a cold/wool cycle, or hand wash.
• A laundry bag is recommended.

• Reshape and smooth the fabric after washing.
• Air dry only, away from heat.
• Never tumble dry.
• Avoid strong fabric softeners.
• Fasten all hook-and-loop closures securely before washing.
