Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C.
Wash in a laundry bag for best results.
Reshape while still damp to help it keep its form as it dries.
Make sure your washing machine drum is large enough to accommodate the pad safely.
Ensure all velcro fastenings are fully closed before washing.
Air dry away from any heat source — do not tumble dry.
