Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C
Wash in a laundry bag for best results
Reshape while still damp to maintain its form during drying
Make sure the washing machine drum is large enough to accommodate the pad safely
Ensure all Velcro fastenings are fully closed before washing
Air dry away from any heat source (do not tumble dry)
