Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C
Preferably wash in a laundry bag
Reshape while damp to maintain form during drying
Ensure the drum is large enough to wash the pad safely
Make sure all Velcro fastenings are securely closed before washing
Air dry away from any heat source (do not tumble dry)
