Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag
Make sure the drum is large enough to safely accommodate the pad
Ensure all hook-and-loop fasteners are securely closed before washing
Air dry away from any heat source (do not tumble dry)
Shape while still damp to maintain form during drying
