Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C
Preferably use a laundry bag
Shape while still damp to help the pad keep its form as it dries
Make sure the washing machine drum is large enough to accommodate the pad safely
Ensure all velcro fastenings are fully closed before washing
Air dry away from any heat source (do not tumble dry)
