Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag
Make sure the drum of the washing machine is large enough to accommodate the pad safely
Ensure all Velcro fastenings are fully closed before washing
Air dry away from any heat source (do not tumble dry)
Shape while still damp to maintain form during drying
