• Remove hair, dirt and dry sweat with a stiff brush
• Machine wash at 30°C on a cold/wool cycle or hand wash

• Flatten the cotton fabric after washing
• Air dry near a heat source
• Never tumble dry
• Avoid using strong fabric softeners
• Ensure all Velcro fastenings are fully closed before washing
