Machine wash on a normal cycle at 30°C.
Wash in a laundry bag where possible.
Reshape while still damp to help it retain its form as it dries.
Make sure the drum of your washing machine is large enough to accommodate the pad safely.
Ensure all velcro fastenings are fully closed before washing.
Air dry away from any heat source. Do not tumble dry.
