Place the boots in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, before use.
Apply the boots in short sessions of 20 to 30 minutes, several times a day in more severe cases.
Press firmly on the molding gel.
Make sure the velcro fastenings are securely closed, but not too tight.
