The Winter BIB is the ultimate chest protection for your horse. It shields against rubbing caused by rugs, featuring two flaps that sit at the front of the rug where the chest fastenings are. One flap tucks inside the rug, sitting directly against your horse's chest, while the other stays on the outside to keep the BIB securely in place. Both edges of the BIB are notched to ensure it stays put.
As the BIB sits in direct contact with your horse's skin, it is lined with ultra-soft faux rabbit fur for exceptional comfort. A faux sheepskin trim is sewn along the top edge of the Winter BIB to prevent rubbing at the neck and add an extra layer of softness. The outer fabric is 100% polyester. The BIB not only prevents chafing but also distributes the pressure the rug places on the chest more evenly. It can also be used in the same way to protect the withers and fits all types of rugs. Machine washable at 30°C — do not tumble dry.
