Use

Of course, the "rebalancing" effect can only be achieved if the horse has sufficient muscle tone and back flexibility — and should be avoided with young or physically underprepared horses.
• The bit is attached to the bridle via sliding rope cheekpieces running through two slots on the rings. The gag cheekpieces act on the poll through the bridle's headpiece.
• This bit calls for a sensitive hand, as it often encourages the horse to curl behind the vertical. It is therefore best suited to experienced riders.
