Jump'In - Leather Rope Gogue One Black
- Gogue with nylon rope
- Carabiners and stainless steel hardware
- American-style with numerous adjustment rings
- Button fastening system
- As with all auxiliary reins, it is important not to set it too short, especially at the start of a session. The aim is not to restrict the horse — which would cause resistances — but to provide a framework within which the horse can find its own balance freely.
- The gogue should be adjusted gradually throughout the work session. The goal is to encourage the horse to stretch its neck forward and horizontal, and to lift its back.
- Recommended for horses with an inverted neck, a hollow back, or those affected by a compressive riding style.
- The gogue is a re-education tool. Its use should be temporary and suited to a specific stage of the horse's training — never permanent. It can also help limit resistances related to back pain, but it will not resolve them.
