Jump'In - Blue Steel Copper Ring Double-Jointed Elevator Bit

• Affects the horse’s balance, encouraging it to rebalance and shift its weight onto its hindquarters
• The larger the rings, the stronger the gag action
• The double-jointed mouthpiece avoids pressure on the palate, making the bit more comfortable in the horse’s mouth
• It can be used in several ways: with reins fixed to the lower ring, with rein connectors or with two pairs of reins
• Gag action well suited to horses that need help correcting their balance
• A slightly thinner-than-standard mouthpiece allows for more subtle cues
• Blue Steel alloy oxidizes on contact with air and moisture, forming a thin layer of rust that naturally stimulates saliva production. As it oxidizes, its color changes to gray-brown
• Increased salivation encourages the horse to accept the bit and relax during work

• Rinse the bit after each use to prevent residue build-up and keep your horse comfortable

• 54% carbon
• 46% manganese
