SPEED / MODE 1: Always start using the boot in this mode to ensure no unwanted reactions occur. Use without cold packs to warm up before exercise or effort. Use with cold packs after exercise or work to minimize pain, soreness, or swelling. Always use the cold packs if pain or swelling is present. Mode 1 automatically shuts off the device after 10 minutes of use.


SPEED / MODE 2: Further promotes blood circulation through increased vibration frequency. Can be used with or without cold packs. Mode 2 automatically shuts off the device after 20 minutes of use.


SPEED / MODE 3: This mode delivers the most powerful vibration frequency. Use only in combination with cold packs and the boot's vibrations to help prevent tendon wear and/or tearing. Mode 3 automatically shuts off the device after 20 minutes of use.
