• SPEED / MODE 1: Always start with this mode to ensure no unwanted reactions occur. Use without the cold packs to warm up before exercise or effort. Use with the cold packs after exercise or work to minimise pain, soreness, or swelling. Always use the cold packs if pain or swelling is present. Mode 1 automatically switches off the device after 10 minutes of use.


• SPEED / MODE 2: Further promotes blood circulation through increased vibration frequency. Can be used with or without the cold packs. Mode 2 automatically switches off the device after 20 minutes of use.


• SPEED / MODE 3: The most powerful vibration setting. Use only in combination with the cold packs and boot vibrations to help prevent tendon wear and/or tearing. Mode 3 automatically switches off the device after 20 minutes of use.
