If your head circumference is exactly 57 cm, we recommend size M if your measurement falls between 56 and 57 cm, and size L if it falls between 57 and 58 cm. Please note that if the foam padding feels too large or too small, it can be replaced with a size up or down to suit your needs and helmet size.
