Ohlala's top tips for caring for your rugs:
• Start with a vacuum cleaner for a first pass — this will remove a large amount of hair, dust, sand, and more.
• Then machine wash at 30°C, without stain remover or fabric softener.
• Do not tumble dry — always air dry your rug.
• At the end of winter, we recommend storing your rugs in a rug bag to protect them from dust during the warmer months.

For outdoor rugs:

• You can add an extra step by re-waterproofing your rug.
• Using a rug waterproofing spray, apply from a distance of approximately 20 cm over the surfaces you wish to make water-resistant again.
