Boot care:
Wipe your boots with a damp cloth after every ride — mud and sweat can be very harsh on leather. Follow up by conditioning the leather with a specialist cream such as Ego7 leather cream. When wearing your boots for the first time, guide the zip gently with your fingers — avoid forcing or pulling too hard to prevent unnecessary strain.
Always make sure the zip is fully open before putting on or removing your riding boots. Use the inner pull tab for easier wear. Keeping the zip clean is essential — dirt, grease or sweat can prevent the zip from opening and closing smoothly, and may cause it to split or snag. Also ensure that clothing or any other material does not get caught in the zip mechanism.
