Apply the poultice to the targeted area.
Leave on and allow to dry in the open air.
Rinse with water to remove the clay.
The following day, you can use the tendinitis & sprain lotion to enhance the benefits of the treatment.
If you wish to cover the poultice, use a breathable material such as cotton.

Apply every 2 to 3 days in case of tendinitis or sprain.

For external use only.
Close tightly after use.
Store away from frost.
Use within 12 months of opening for optimal effectiveness.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Perform a tolerance test on a small area and wait until the next day before use.
Do not use on pregnant or lactating females.
