Apply the poultice to the targeted area.
Leave on and allow to dry naturally in the open air.
Rinse off with water to remove the clay.
The following day, you can apply the painful joint lotion to enhance the benefits of the treatment.
If you wish to cover the poultice, use a breathable material such as cotton.
