• Wear gloves and apply to the affected areas by massaging with your fingers or a soft cloth
• Start with an application of 75 ml twice a day, then move to once a day before gradually reducing to 3 to 4 applications per week as irritation subsides
• Keep the affected areas clean and wash them thoroughly at least once a week
• After heavy sweating, cleanse the area and reapply
