Shake well before use and apply before exercise, massaging in the direction of the coat on the areas being worked. Avoid contact with mucous membranes.
Store below 20°C, away from light and extreme cold.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or freezing temperatures.
Best used within 1 year of opening.
