🤓 Job description
As you’ve probably noticed, OHLALA moves fast—very fast—and does things differently! We need you to work closely with Estelle on sourcing. Our distribution model requires strong organizational skills. We work with more than 90 suppliers and distribute over 65,000 product references. Product sourcing is a key part of our value chain. You will hold a central role between our suppliers and our logistics team.

🚀 Your responsibilities?

Place daily replenishment orders for a portfolio of suppliers
Analyze our sales and propose stock level adjustments
Monitoring stockouts/expiry dates
Match our deliveries with our purchase orders
Track our deliveries and inform the warehouse of its receiving schedule

💪 Ideal candidate

Be organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent spelling and grammar
Knowledge of the equestrian world and its environment
Previous experience in purchasing and/or logistics is a plus
