OHLALA ships thousands of products across France and around the world through its website, mobile app, and at major in-person events in France (trade shows and competitions).

🤓 JOB DESCRIPTION

You've got it — OHLALA moves fast, very fast, and does things differently! We need you to work alongside our e-commerce team to manage the product catalog and our site's offering. This is our main storefront, and keeping it in top shape is a constant priority. Maintaining our catalog is essential to offering customers a wide selection of products, including the latest arrivals (which you'll discover before anyone else!).

You will be involved in managing the product catalog, creating and writing up new product content in coordination with our suppliers. You will be responsible for keeping the catalog and its information up to date. You will help showcase our offering on the site by configuring promotional campaigns and publishing editorial content (new arrivals, product launches…). You will also bring ideas to improve the user experience on the OHLALA website — through menu improvements, merchandising, search engine optimization, cross-selling, and more. This is a key role that will allow you to actively contribute to enriching our e-commerce offering and bringing it to life.

💪 PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with Excel and web-based tools
Strong spelling and grammar skills
Good knowledge of equestrian products
Comfortable communicating with various service providers and suppliers
A good level of English is a plus
