🤖 Job description

Customer support is a cornerstone of the OHLALA experience. As a member of this team, you'll be on the front line ensuring our customers' satisfaction. You'll play a central role in handling requests and resolving issues, always aiming to provide fast, effective, and personalized solutions. Your main mission will be to carefully manage customer tickets, inbound calls, and the various logistical aspects of orders, while maintaining smooth communication with other departments.

 

🚀 Your missions?

  • Handle customer tickets (requests via email, chat, and social media)

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

  • Monitor stock shortages and keep customers informed about availability

  • Manage after-sales service (ASS) requests and provide tailored solutions

  • Handle delivery issues

  • Track orders and reassure customers about the progress of their deliveries

  • Returns processing


🔎 Ideal profile

  • Be detail-oriented, organized, and responsive

  • Have excellent written communication skills and a great interpersonal manner

  • Knowledge of the equestrian world and its environment is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer support is an asset

  • Speak English 

  • Be comfortable on the phone

  • Speaking an additional language is a plus.
