🤖 About the role

Customer support is a cornerstone of the OHLALA experience. As a member of this team, you'll be on the front line, ensuring our customers are always satisfied. You'll play a central role in handling customer requests and resolving issues, delivering fast, effective, and personalized solutions. Your main responsibility will be to manage customer tickets, incoming calls, and various logistics aspects related to orders — all while maintaining smooth communication with other departments.

 

🚀 Your missions?

  • Handle customer tickets (requests via email, chat, and social media)

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer requests

  • Monitor stock shortages and keep customers informed about availability

  • Handle after-sales service (returns & complaints) and offer tailored solutions

  • Handle delivery issues

  • Track orders and reassure customers about the progress of their deliveries

  • Returns processing

🔎 Ideal profile

  • Be thorough, organized, and responsive

  • Have strong written communication skills and a natural flair for people

  • Knowledge of the equestrian world and its environment is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer support is an asset

  • Speak English 

  • Be comfortable on the phone

  • Speaking another language is a plus.
