OHLALA ships thousands of products across France and worldwide through its website, mobile app, and at major equestrian events in France (trade shows and competitions).

 

🤓 JOB DESCRIPTION

You've got it — OHLALA moves fast, really fast, and does things differently! We need you to work alongside Cassandre, Noémie, and Maéva on our communications.

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and help us create the most high-quality, original, and engaging content possible.

🚀 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Plan and manage the content calendar
  • Create, produce, and oversee engaging, high-performing content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) in line with the editorial direction, company goals, and current trends
  • Appear daily across our content: photo shoots, video productions, stories, etc.
  • Build and engage a community by creating content, interacting directly with our audience, and driving engagement
  • Hosting Lives and attending our in-person events
  • Collaborate with our ambassadors, partner riders, and suppliers to create content. 
  • Regularly analyse performance across social media platforms and track KPIs in a constant drive for improvement
  • Active trend monitoring

 

💪 IDEAL PROFILE

  • Background in communications and/or marketing
  • Strong command of social media platforms and excellent social media culture
  • Proactive and full of ideas
  • Proficiency in photo editing, video editing, and graphic design
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager
  • A team player who can also work independently 
  • A strong knowledge of the equestrian world and its environment is essential.
  • Experience in amateur competition is a plus.
  • Organised, creative, and curious
  • Excellent spelling and strong copywriting skills
